(Just Older Youth) is for everyone 55 years and older.

Meets the third Thursday of every month, September – May.

Spiritual Enrichment:
Senior years provide great potential for spiritual growth. Surveys have indicated that, among the general adult population, the older a person gets the more important religion becomes to their life. Life experiences give deeper meaning to Bible teachings.

JOY MINISTRIES will give senior adults spiritually enriching activities including Bible studies and special worship opportunities. Events are planned for evangelism and outreach in the community. Seniors want and need opportunities to serve as well as be served, to minister as well as be ministered to.

Learning Opportunities:
Special workshops and seminars will be provided for the senior adults. Surveys of senior adults will be taken to see what topics and subjects are particularly meaningful to them. Special workshops and seminars will be provided from time to time.

Socialization:
The need for interaction with other people continues throughout life. It is our desire to provide fulfilling and rewarding social activities built around Christian fellowship!
